Do I need an account to use PixelPrep?
No — you can resize up to 20 images for free without an account. You only need an account for unlimited processing and AI background removal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account menu at any time. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period.
How does AI background removal work?
Toggle "Remove background" on, choose your background colour, and upload your images. Our AI (BiRefNet) processes them on the server and emails the results to your account email as a zip file. You can close the page while we process.
What image formats are supported?
Upload JPG, PNG, WEBP, or GIF. All images are output as optimised progressive JPEGs with EXIF metadata stripped for the smallest file size at the best visual quality.
Are my images stored on your servers?
No. Images are processed in memory and immediately discarded after download or email delivery. We never store, retain, or use your product images for any purpose.
What marketplaces does PixelPrep work with?
PixelPrep outputs standard square JPEGs that work with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Qoo10, Carousell, and any other platform that accepts JPEG images.
