Inlinex Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates PixelPrep. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

Account information: Username, email address, and hashed password when you register
Usage data: Number of images processed, subscription status, and trial usage
Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details
Technical data: IP address (used for anonymous usage tracking), browser type, and access logs

2. Your Images

Images you upload are processed in memory on our servers and are immediately discarded after processing is complete. We do not store, retain, analyse, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested processing service. No images are shared with third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the PixelPrep service
To manage your account and subscription
To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
To prevent abuse and enforce usage limits
To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
Railway — hosting and infrastructure. Subject to Railway's Privacy Policy
Gmail (Google) — transactional email delivery. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active
IP usage records are retained for 90 days
Images are never retained beyond the processing session
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

6. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate personal data
Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data
Be informed of how your data is used

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and track anonymous usage limits. These are essential for the Service to function. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

PixelPrep is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
