These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PixelPrep ("Service"), operated by Inlinex Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using PixelPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PixelPrep is a web-based image processing tool that allows users to resize, reformat, and optimise product images. The Service includes AI-powered background removal, canvas resizing, and image compression features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
New users receive 20 free image processing credits upon registration. After exhausting your free credits, continued access requires a paid subscription at SGD 1.99 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. We do not store your images after processing is complete. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The PixelPrep name, logo, and Service design are owned by Inlinex Private Limited. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI background removal will produce perfect results on all images. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in processed images.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Inlinex Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
